Planning a wedding in Carrollton? You’ll want options that work together. At Dallas Palms, we give you three ballrooms and three gardens across 6.5 acres. Each space connects naturally, so your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception flow from one area to the next.

Why Both Indoor and Outdoor Spaces Matter

Having both means you’re covered no matter what. Start your ceremony in the garden when the lighting is perfect. Move the reception inside where the temperature stays comfortable. Or keep everything outdoors if that’s your style. You’re not locked into one setup.

The Three Ballrooms

Bel Air Ballroom is our largest, holding 250 to 500 guests. It has mezzanines on both sides and gold Chiavari chairs. When you book it with the Bel Air Garden, you get room for another 250 to 300 guests outdoors.

Melrose Ballroom seats up to 170 inside and opens directly to a covered patio and garden. For ceremonies, you can fit 250 guests when you include the outdoor space. Clear Chiavari chairs and crystal chandeliers keep it elegant.

Malibu Ballroom holds 120 guests for receptions and over 200 for ceremonies with its garden. Two staircases and a central chandelier give you a natural stage for your big moments.

The Three Gardens

Bel Air Garden is 10,000 square feet with space for 250 to 300 ceremony guests. The upper level has an arbor and a water feature. The lower level includes turf space, a waterfall, lounge seating, and a fire pit. This works well for larger celebrations, including Nepali, Indian, Pakistani, and Hispanic weddings.

Melrose Garden holds up to 160 guests across 5,000 square feet. Two pergolas with string lights frame the space. The golden hour lighting here is incredible, which is why couples pick it for ceremonies.

Malibu Garden is our most intimate space at 4,000 square feet. It fits about 100 ceremony guests and another 100 forthe reception. The ceremony arch, water feature, and string lights create a private feel.

How Spaces Connect

Each garden leads directly into its matching ballroom. Ceremony in Melrose Garden? Guests walk straight into the ballroom for cocktails. The covered patio connects the two, so nobody’s wandering around.

Indoor and Outdoor Wedding Spaces

The same goes for Bel Air. Ceremony by the water feature, cocktails at the lower level by the fire pit, dinner inside under the mezzanines. Everything flows.

Some couples keep everything outdoors, especially for South Asian pre-wedding events like Sangeet and Mehndi. Our gardens have the space and setup for full-day celebrations.

What’s Included

We handle planning, catering, florals, décor, AV equipment, and lighting in-house. One team instead of five vendors.

Our kitchen offers vegetarian, vegan, and dietary accommodations. Buffet or plated service. We adjust menus for American, Nigerian, Vietnamese, South Asian, Nepalese, and Hispanic traditions.

Décor includes personal flowers, centerpieces, and setups for your sweetheart and cake tables. Uplighting, sound system, projector, microphones, and live streaming are all included. Our staff handles setup, teardown, and cleaning.

Cultural Celebrations

We’ve hosted Nigerian receptions, Indian and Pakistani ceremonies, Hispanic cultural festivals, Vietnamese family gatherings, and American multicultural events. We understand how a Mehndi party flows, what a Sangeet needs, and how formal Nigerian receptions run.

Can I book just a garden?
Yes. Book gardens separately or pair them with ballrooms. Many couples do the ceremony outdoors, reception inside.

How many guests total if I use both?
Bel Air: 500 inside + 300 outside. Melrose: 170 inside, 250 total with garden. Malibu: 120 inside, 200+ with garden.

What comes with the rental?
Four hours of use, tables, Chiavari chairs, linens, napkins, bridal/groom suites with two-hour early access, one-hour rehearsal, uplighting, and staff for setup and cleanup.

Do you do cultural weddings?
Yes. We work with American, Nigerian, Middle Eastern, Vietnamese, South Asian, Nepalese, and Hispanic celebrations. Our catering adjusts to your traditions and dietary needs.
