The Malibu Ballroom, with its twin staircases and central chandelier, seats up to 120 guests and brings a sense of occasion without overwhelming a smaller group. Step up to the Melrose Ballroom for gatherings of up to 170, where a central staircase opens to a covered patio and garden if you’d like to extend into the fresh air. For larger events, the Bel Air Ballroom accommodates up to 500 seated guests, with mezzanines on both sides that frame the room and give it a grand scale.
Each ballroom can also be paired with its corresponding garden space. The Melrose Garden runs about 5,000 square feet with two pergolas strung with lights, which makes it a lovely spot for a cocktail reception or pre-luncheon mingling. Whether your group is 80 women or 400, there’s a configuration that fits.
What’s Included With Your Booking
Ballroom packages include round tables with Chiavari chairs, linens in black, ivory, or white, matching napkins, buffet tables, and one room attendant for the event. Bridal and groom suites are provided with two hours of access before the event if your group needs a private gathering space to get ready or convene before guests arrive. Set up, cleanup during the event, and breakdown afterward are all handled by our staff.

Our in-house kitchen offers a wide range of menus, and the open vendor policy means outside catering is welcome too. Clients can also provide their own alcohol, and we’ll supply a bartender and security.
