Pair it with the Malibu Garden, an oasis-style outdoor area of roughly 4,000 square feet with a ceremony arch, water feature, and a string light ceiling overhead, and your guests have a complete evening without leaving the property. The garden holds around 100 guests for a cocktail or reception setup.
The Melrose Ballroom for Mid-Size Events
Step up to the Melrose Ballroom for parties up to 170 guests. The central staircase is a natural focal point, and the ballroom opens directly to a covered patio and garden. Mezzanines on both sides give the room visual depth, and the adjacent Bel Air Garden adds another 10,000 square feet of outdoor space. The garden includes an upper ceremony area with an arbor and water feature, plus a lower level with turf, a waterfall, and a lounge and fire pit area. That combination works well for Nigerian events, ceremonies, and community functions, as well as Hispanic weddings, parties, and cultural festivals that call for room to dance, gather, and celebrate late into the evening.
What Comes With Your Booking
Every ballroom rental includes 60″ round tables, Chiavari chairs, linens in black, ivory, or white, matching napkins, buffet tables, one room attendant, bridal and groom suites with two hours of access before the event, a one-hour rehearsal, and a design consultation to plan your room layout. Setup and teardown are handled by our team. Uplighting and ambience lighting come with the room. You are not starting from a bare shell.
