Hosting Hispanic Weddings, Parties, and Cultural Festivals in Carrollton, TX at Dallas Palms Venue

Wedding Venue

When your celebration honors traditions passed down through generations, you need more than just a beautiful backdrop. You need a team that understands how quinceañeras, weddings, and family fiestas come together, and a space that adapts to everything from a formal ceremony to a lively reception with music and dancing late into the evening.

We’ve planned Hispanic weddings, parties, and cultural festivals at Dallas Palms Venue for families from across the Dallas area, and we’ve learned that no two celebrations follow the same script. Some couples want a full Catholic ceremony followed by a seated dinner, while others envision cocktail hour mariachis and a taco bar under string lights. Our 6.5 acres of landscaped grounds in Carrollton give you the flexibility to design your event exactly as you imagine it.

Why Dallas Palms Works for Hispanic Cultural Celebrations

Dallas Palms Venue was designed for the kind of celebrations that bring together ceremony, tradition, and hours of music, dancing, and family connection. Our 6.5-acre estate in Carrollton offers the space, service, and flexibility to honor your cultural traditions without compromise. From adaptable indoor-outdoor venues that flow seamlessly between formal ceremonies and lively receptions, to in-house catering that serves authentic Tex-Mex and custom menus, we’ve built our approach around what Hispanic families actually need when planning quinceañeras, weddings, and milestone celebrations. Here’s how we make it work.

Spaces That Adapt to Your Traditions

Our three ballrooms and three gardens work together or separately, depending on what you’re planning.

If you’re hosting a quinceañera with a waltz, court presentation, and up to 170 guests, the Melrose Ballroom seats up to 170 inside. The central staircase makes a dramatic entrance for the quinceañera, and the covered patio connects the indoor and outdoor spaces so guests move comfortably between cocktails and dinner.

For larger Hispanic weddings and receptions, the Bel Air Ballroom seats up to 500 inside with mezzanines on both sides that give the room an open, elegant feel. The Bel Air Garden adds additional outdoor space, so ceremony guests can gather around the arbor and water feature, then move to the lower-level turf with the waterfall and lounge area for cocktail hour.

If you’re planning a more intimate birthday party or family gathering, the Malibu Ballroom seats up to 120, and the Malibu Garden holds up to 120 for a reception. The two staircases and central chandelier create a sophisticated setting, while the garden’s oasis feel, ceremony arch, and string light ceiling bring warmth to the celebration.

In-House Catering Built Around Your Menu

Our in-house kitchen serves buffet or plated meals, and we build menus across cuisines to match what your family actually eats. The Tex-Mex Traditional buffet includes Southwest Caesar salad, beef, chicken, and vegetable fajitas with flour and corn tortillas, sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole, shredded cheese, Spanish rice, refried beans, and chips and salsa. If your celebration blends traditions, we also offer Italian menus, Mediterranean options, and custom builds. We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and dietary needs, and because everything is managed on site, coordination stays simple from start to finish.

Hispanic Weddings

Prefer to bring your own food? Dallas Palms has an open catering policy, so outside caterers are welcome. Clients are also welcome to furnish their own alcohol, and Dallas Palms provides bartender and security as part of the package.

Full Service Planning and Day Of Coordination

Our full-service staff manages setup, teardown, and cleaning during and after your event. Day of coordination means we’re tracking vendor arrivals, managing the timeline, and handling any last-minute shifts so you can focus on your family. We include spacious bridal and groom suites, and we provide security as part of the package.

Our décor services are bespoke. We work from your mood board to source linens, centerpieces, and buffet table setups that match your theme and color palette. If you want specific blooms, vintage family photos displayed at the entrance, or candelabras on the head table, we coordinate all of it and handle setup and takedown.

Lighting and Atmosphere for Evening Celebrations

Uplighting and ambience lighting come with your room rental, so you’re not paying separately to set the mood. Our gardens emphasize golden hour aesthetics with string lights woven through the pergolas in the Melrose Garden and a string light ceiling over the Malibu Garden. When the sun sets and the reception shifts into dancing, the lighting creates the kind of warmth that makes people stay on the dance floor.

We also provide a screen and projector, microphones, sound system, and live streaming capability, so family members who can’t travel can still watch the ceremony.

Flexible Packages and Ample Parking

Our customization approach means packages are built around your vision and budget. We offer flexible payment options so you can lock in your date and plan ahead with confidence. Parking is simple, with ample free spots on site and valet service available on request.
