That window is built into every ballroom package, and it gives your wedding party a private space to get ready, settle in, and take portraits without rushing into the main hall. We recommend using this time to capture getting-ready photos in the suites and then moving outside for garden portraits while the light is still soft.
For Desi family gatherings and social events or Nigerian events, ceremonies, and community functions, this window also gives families time to coordinate traditional elements before guests arrive.
Ceremony Timing Across Indoor and Outdoor Spaces
The Bel Air Garden, at roughly 10,000 square feet, holds between 250 and 300 people for a ceremony. It features an upper ceremony space with an arbor and water feature, plus a lower-level turf area with a waterfall and fire pit lounge. The Melrose Garden, about 5,000 square feet, holds up to 160 and has two pergolas with string lights overhead. The Malibu Garden is the most intimate at around 4,000 square feet, with a ceremony arch, water feature, and a full string light canopy above.

Dallas Palms offers in-house catering with tiered menus ranging from a Gold selection with two appetizers and an entrée to a Diamond menu with two entrée choices and an expanded side selection. Buffet setups and late-night food stations are also available.
