How We Support Hispanic Weddings, Parties, and Cultural Festivals
Support means something different at every stage. Early on, it means choosing a room that fits your guest list without squeezing anyone into a corner. Later, it means food your family actually wants to eat, decor in your colors, and staff who already know where the cake table goes. We keep planning, catering, florals, decor, AV, and lighting in house, so most of what you need sits under one roof.
Start with the room, then add the garden
Our ballrooms are Bel Air, Melrose, and Malibu. Bel Air is the largest, with mezzanines on both sides and seating for 250 to 500 guests inside. Melrose seats up to 170 and has a central staircase that opens to a covered patio and garden. Malibu seats up to 120, with two staircases and a chandelier at the center.
Gardens can be booked with the matching ballroom or on their own. Bel Air Garden runs about 10,000 square feet and holds 250 to 300 for a ceremony, with an arbor and water feature on the upper level and a waterfall, turf, and a fire pit lounge below. Melrose Garden is about 5,000 square feet, holds up to 160, and has two pergolas strung with lights. Malibu Garden covers about 4,000 square feet, seats around 100 for a ceremony, and pairs an arch and water feature with a ceiling of string lights.
Bring your caterer, or use our kitchen
We have an open vendor policy, and outside catering is allowed. If your family already has a caterer they trust, bring them in. When you bring your own food, we can provide the cutlery and the waitstaff for an added charge. You can furnish your own alcohol too, and we provide the bartender and the security.
If you would rather we cook, our kitchen serves buffet style with plated service available. Our Tex Mex Traditional buffet brings beef, chicken, and vegetable fajitas with flour and corn tortillas, Spanish rice, refried beans, chips and salsa, guacamole, pico, sour cream, and shredded cheese. Package catering can be built around Mexican or Italian dishes. There are no food and beverage minimums, so the menu follows your guest list rather than a spending target.
Quinceañeras and the traditions that matter
A quinceañera is more than a party in a big dress. The timeline is built around the Court of Honor, the changing of shoes, and the waltz, and we can shape the ceremony to your family’s own customs. Our quinceañera packages include five hours of celebration, with the option to extend on request. Cold sparklers, Dancing in the Clouds, and sparkler exits are permitted. The honoree’s head table comes with flowers, candles, and a coordinating backdrop, and we decorate two family tables, the cake table, the entry table, and the garden tables. Food tastings are offered regularly, so nobody guesses at the menu.
The details people forget to ask about
Our team handles the decor, working from our own inventory or sourcing to your mood board, so your colors carry from the entry table to the dance floor. Uplighting and ambience lighting come with the room rental. For AV, we have a screen and projector, microphones, a sound system, and live streaming for relatives who cannot make the trip.
Parking is the quiet detail that saves a big party. We have roughly 300 free spots on site, with valet available on request. We also work with hotel partners in Addison and Farmers Branch that offer discounted rooms, breakfast at some properties, and shuttle service on request, and we can set up a complimentary reservation system for your guests.
