Choosing the Right Space for Your Guest Count
We have three distinct ballrooms, each with its own character. The Malibu Ballroom features two staircases and a central chandelier, with a seated capacity of up to 120 guests. It works well for class sections or smaller school groups looking for an intimate, polished setting.
The Melrose Ballroom has a central staircase and opens to a covered patio and garden, accommodating up to 170 seated guests. For larger classes, the Bel Air Ballroom is our biggest space, with mezzanines on both sides and a seated capacity of up to 500. Each room has its own energy, and we’re happy to walk you through all three during a tour.
What’s Included in Prom Packages
Our Silver package covers the essentials: tables, modern Chiavari chairs, linens in black, ivory, or white, table overlays in your choice of color, glassware, a photo easel, a dedicated main table setup, catering with Italian or Mexican dishes, assorted sodas, buffet waiters, complimentary cake cutting, a fruit table, colored uplighting, and security. Cleaning during and after the event is included as well.
Gold adds a DJ service and limo service. Platinum goes further, adding a professional photographer and a professional videographer. Whatever level your school or group selects, the foundation stays strong.

Prom groups reflect that same diversity, and we’re set up to welcome every student through our doors with equal warmth.

The central chandelier in the Malibu Ballroom, the mezzanine views in the Bel Air, the staircase in the Melrose. These architectural details aren’t just decorative. They give students natural spots for photos that don’t require extra setup. Colored uplighting, included in every package, shifts the mood from dinner to dance floor without any production overhead.
